Terms and Conditions of Lessons

It is expected that pupils will have regular lessons, normally at least one per week.

In the event of the pupil having to cancel, postpone or otherwise alter a lesson time, two clear days notice must be given; otherwise the lesson fee will be forfeited.

Driving test bookings will take priority over normal lessons.

If a pupil joins Bradley’s school of motoring with a test appointment already booked, the use of the company car for the test will be at the discretion of the instructor.

The Instructor on behalf of Bradley’s school of motoring reserves the right to withdraw the use of the company car for the driving test, If the pupil is clearly below test standard. At least three weeks notice will be given.

Before the first lesson is taken the pupil must produce to the Instructor a valid provisional, or other appropriate driving licence

When booking lessons with the company the pupil must declare that they are not precluded from driving due to any Court Judgement.

When booking lessons the pupil must disclose any physical disability which affects their driving, and declares that they can read a standard car number plate at a distance of 20.5 metres(67 feet)

Bradley’s driving instructors are self employed franchisees and all contracts for the provision of tuition are between the pupil and the instructor
